Chocolate Marshmallow Punch

I have used this at youth functions and many different winter gatherings!!
This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled for large gatherings.
3 (13 oz.) Cans Evaporated Milk
2 Cups Chocolate Syrup
2 Cups Water
12 Large Marshmallows
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
Combine milk, chocolate syrup, water and marshmallows in large saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring until marshmallows are melted. Stir in vanilla. Pour into cups.

You can easily use a crock pot for this recipe!
Garnish with marshmallows, grated chocolate and candy canes.
