For many young children, this is the first summer they are able to play with a water hose! We had "no watering" restrictions for the last few years!
As a child playing with a water hose was one of the greatest things that Mama let us do!
What was your BEST Summer Memories?
Loved playing in the water when I was a kid. The best memories were of family vacations to a water park. We went every year for a week and it was the best. Also the week long vacations that I took with just me and my grandma! I miss those times.

ReplyDeleteAlso gas was affordable and there would be long rides in the country with my grandma. Trips to the mountains and lazy days at the public pool.

I loved playing in the hose when I was that age! It was hot in the summer in Fort Worth in the 50's!
ReplyDeleteSeriously adorable pictures. : ) My favorite summer memory is going to visit my Grandma in her trailor in Clarion, Pa. I thought a metal house was the coolest thing on the planet. I still do. I would love to live in a trailor!
